Ecological transition: the Italian example runs in Japan.

Let’s focus our attention on Japan once again, as its phenomenal technological efficiency entails effective optimisation of its systems, resulting in greater output, with lower energy expenditure.

Let’s have a look at what’s happening on the island of Kyushu.

Energy leviathan, Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. is investing significant funds into the small island, the southernmost of the Japanese archipelago, to turn it into the epicentre of the Nation’s green revolution.

Forty year old Kazuko Tanabe, Mayor of the island’s Koga municipality, has played a major role in this endeavour, as he managed to involve his fellow citizens in very little time; the community’s ethos has become a source of opportunity for young individuals with entrepreneurial plans and more.

What we have is an attractive centre of investment, for anyone intent on pursuing total Eco-sustainability, in production, recycling and the use of renewable energy.

The young mayor claims that the Italian model is used as a constant point of reference due to the way Italy portrays itself to the world, via its beauty, culture and ability to promote its excellence globally.
