The Italian companies: Green Pea, Staiy and Renoon, have redesigned their points of exchange/stores, pursuing consumer engagement. Take back services and repair corners, transform a need into a choice, attracting customers into their stores.
Green Pea, the first retail park dedicated to sustainable brands, hosts, alongside 66 shops, a museum, three restaurants, a swimming pool, a spa and a creative idleness club. Green Retail Park aims to promote an enviroment of respect, emphasising the pleasant and enjoyable aspects of responsible behaviour.
This philosophy is also embraced by Staiy, a startup that inaugurated its first sustainable concept store in Berlin, in collaboration with ZAMT. It functions as the reinvention of the classic store, serving as a demonstration of sustainability, with the objective of educating the local community.
Renon, on the other hand, is a search engine that gathers over 200 ethical and sustainable fashion partners, making them accessible through a single portal. This allows users to stay up-to-date with the brands that best suit their interests and styles.
The future of retail will no longer be seen as “customer-centric,” but rather “human-centric,” both from the perspective of the consumer and the vendor, who in turn becomes an ambassador, capable of sharing the story of a brand, elevating it and boosting its credibility.
Come è possibile agire:
creare un network territoriale che amplifichi il messaggio e catturi/coinvolga più persone così che il retail diventi un luogo di incontro, un laboratorio di idee fondato su contaminazione e intersettorialità.
